No Sleep ATC Contest 2020

Contest end date: 31 MAR 2021
- ATC Position: TWR, APP, CTR
- Aerodrome: VTBS, VTBD, VTSP, VTCC
- FIR: VTBB, VDPP, VLVT, VYYY (Three nearby FIR online with condition)
- If you are not Thailand division member, you can join this contest but you need to have TH GCA to online as TWR, APP, VTBB_FIR but nearby FIR require only ADC rating.
- Total of 100 hours accumulate as ATC position
- Provide ATC service with voice and text
- Minimum online time per leg report is 1 hour
- If member has been disconnected by server, he need to reconnect with in 5 minutes to continue the session.
- Completed sessions must be reported within 7 days after that session.
- All position will have multiple time advantage as list below
- TWR x1
- APP and nearby FIR x1.5
- VTBB_CTR x2
- For example, if online as VTBB_CTR for only 50 hr you will get this award
- Time per leg after multiple will round down to hours such as
- Online as TWR for 1 hour 30 minutes count as 1 hours
- Online as APP and nearby FIR for 1 hour 30 minutes will be total of 2 hours 15 minutes count as 2 hours
- Online as VTBB_CTR for 1 hour 30 minutes will be total and count as 3 hours
- Remember to report legs in UTC time
- You can online nearby FIR only if there is another member online as VTBB_CTR Bangkok control. If VTBB_CTR offline, you still get hours from online as nearby FIR until you offline. (This rule except foreign division member, no need to wait VTBB to online)
- If there are other member online as VTBB_CTR you can online in divide sector only north or south control. Don’t forget to coordinate with other ATC before online.
- Accumulated time will be count each time in validator comment when validator accept your legs.
- Make sure that using of standard phraseology and radio telephony at all time of controlling, if member has been report that many non standard phraseology had been used or controlled with unprofessional manner, after complete investigation that leg will be rejected.
- Make sure that your ATIS have been filled correctly
- Filed report not compliance with above rules will result in rejection.

- ATC Position ได้แก่ Tower Approach และ Control เท่านั้น
- สนามบินที่เข้าร่วม ได้แก่ VTBS, VTBD, VTCC, VTSP
- FIR ที่เข้าร่วม VTBB, VLVT, VDPP, VYYY (FIR อื่นนอกจาก VTBB มีเงื่อนไขการออนไลน์)
- ชั่วโมง ATC ออนไลน์รวม 100 ชม.
- ต้องสามารถให้บริการ ATC ด้วยทั้งเสียงและข้อความ
- ออนไลน์ 1 ครั้งต่อการรีพอต ต้องมีชั่วโมงอย่างน้อย 1 ชั่วโมง โดยเศษของชั่วโมงปัดลง
- หากมีการหลุดออกจากเซิฟเวอร์ให้ต่อกลับเข้ามาภายใน 5 นาที มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าจบการออนไลน์ 1 ครั้งที่เวลาล่าสุดที่หลุด
- ต้องรีพอตในระบบภายใน 7 วันหลังจากเซสชั่นนั้น ๆ
- เวลาในการออนไลน์จะมีตัวคูณช่วยหากเป็นตำแหน่งที่สูง ได้แก่ APP และ CTR FIR อื่นจะได้คูณ 1.5 เท่า ส่วน VTBB_CTR ได้คูณ 2 เท่า จากชั่วโมงที่ออนไลน์ ยกตัวอย่างเช่นออนไลน์เป็น VTBB_CTR เพียงแค่ 50 ชั่วโมงก็รับรางวัลไปเลย
- เศษของชั่วโมงปัดลง เช่น
- TWR ครบ 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที ได้ชั่วโมงรวม 1 ชั่วโมง
- APP และ FIR อื่น ครบ 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที คูณ 1.5 เป็น 2 ชั่วโมง 15 นาที ปัดลงได้ชั่วโมงรวม 2 ชั่วโมง
- VTBB_CTR ครบ 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที คูณ 2 ได้ชั่วโมงรวม 3 ชั่วโมง
- รีพอตด้วยเวลา UTC เท่านั้น
- จะออนเป็น FIR เพื่อนบ้านได้ก็ต่อเมื่อมีคนออนไลน์เป็น VTBB_CTR อยู่ก่อนแล้ว และหากคนนั้น Offline เรายังคงสามารถอยู่ตำแหน่งเดิมได้ ข้อนี้ไม่มีผลกับสมาชิกนอกประเทศ
- และถ้ามีคนออนไลน์เป็น VTBB_CTR แล้ว เราสามารถออนไลน์เป็น North หรือ South control ได้ก็ต่อเมื่อได้รับการยินยอมจาก ATC ที่ออนไลน์ก่อนหน้าเรา อย่าลืมคุยกันก่อนนะ
- เวลาออนไลน์รวมของเราจะถูกแจ้งผ่านคอมเม้นท์ของผู้ตรวจสอบแต่ละครั้งที่มีการรีพอตมา
- ทุกครั้งที่ออนไลน์จะต้องใช้ Phraseology ที่เหมาะสมตลอดเวลา อาจมีผิดพลาดเล็กน้อยไม่เป็นอะไร แต่หากทาง HQ ได้รับแจ้งว่ามีการออนไลน์แบบไม่ตั้งใจ ไม่สามารถสื่อสารได้ หากเป็นความจริงจะไม่อนุมัติรีพอตที่ส่งมา
- ต้องกรอก ข้อมูลใน ATIS ให้ถูกต้อง
