Objectives

• Increase members by 20% every 6 months
• Increase active members by 30% each year
• Improve members pilot/ATC’s rating by 20% of active members
• Arrange division real meeting at least once a month
• Arrange division events at least twice a month
• Arrange 2 division tours (IFR/VFR) a year
• Arrange 2 inter-divisions events at least twice a year
• Provide training session twice a month (PILOT and ATC)
• Increase members engagement on social media by 20% every months
• Increase effectiveness and efficiency for Public Relations function both above and below the line media
