In celebration of Thailand’s Teacher’s Day, IVAO Thailand invites pilots of all levels to take part in
Clear to Learn — Don Mueang to Hua Hin,
a learning-focused flight from Don Mueang (VTBD) to Hua Hin (VTPH).

This event is designed to bring pilots back to the fundamentals—proper planning, clear communication, and disciplined flying. Open to both VFR and IFR operations using Light Aircraft only, it offers a relaxed yet meaningful environment to learn, practice, and refine your skills.

Whether you are a new pilot building confidence or an experienced flyer revisiting the basics, join us in the skies and share a flight that celebrates learning, guidance, and the spirit of Teacher’s Day.​

  • FS9/FSX/P3D users are required to install VTBD scenery.
    Otherwise, your ground layout will be different from real life. You can download HERE.
  • Pay attention to all SID and STAR speed / altitude restrictions.
  • Be ready for ATC instructions, including holding, heading changes, or speed reductions.
  • Always remember: Aviate, Navigate, Communicate.
  • Maintain proper radio etiquette at all times.
  • Carry at least 60–90 minutes of extra fuel due to possible traffic congestion.
